Since 1981, DELTA ELECTRONICS produces high quality and highly reliabile EMI filters for power supply, monitors, measurement instruments, medical and industrial equipments. Our EMI filters are available in single or double cells. Their range goes from 1 to 30A for single-phase and from 7 to 600A for three-phase. The single-phase versions are available in different case types : IEC plug, metallic case, printed circuit version. We can provide specific type of three-phase filters for variators, and other specific applications with robotised equipments specifications. Our whole range of EMI filters is designed to meet UL1283 norm and CSA C22.2 standards, including the temperature range accordance (-25°C to +100°C). All our EMI filters are UL and CSA certified, and most of them are VDE approved, under the following references : UL N° E79109, CSA N° LR48852C, VDE N° 11641-4730 or SEMKO. COMPELMA has recently acquired a brand new form-in-place gasket dispensing machine to produce formed-in-place (or FIP) silicon gaskets, electrically conductive or not. We thus maximize our responsiveness at prototype stage, or for your mass production. FIP gasketing is a technique notably used in mobiles phones, and more particularly DMB devices , computer devices, PDAs, military equipment, medical appliances, and so on. Our team has a command of FIP gasketing that allows the gasketing, either in continuous or stop-and-go mode, of parts with maximum overall dimensions of L: 500 mm x W: 500 mm x H: 160mm (for larger dimensions, COMPELMA will jointly carry out a feasability study with you). COMPELMA offers a loaded Cu Ag conductive gasket. It is highly electrically conductive and has a strong adhesion power on a vast number of surfaces. Its attenuation exceeds 90dB (10MHz to 10GHz), with a compression of only 20%. Entrust us with your casting works or metallized pieces, and COMPELMA will dispense form-in-place gaskets on them in accordance with your production schedule.

Designed for RFID applications ( 13.56 MHz ), this range of soft ferrites is available in several widths, from 0.4 to 4mm. These multi-layered components boast the following advantages: lowered sensitivity to metal structure-related interferences, easy-to-cut media, and enhanced industrialization.
